The FireFit project highlights BrahmWorks’ expertise in design thinking, product design, and quality control. BrahmWorks helped FireFit Healthcare revolutionise the fitness industry by digitizing workout routines and enhancing safety and efficiency with sensor technology. BrahmWorks meticulously handled every aspect, from the initial design sketches to the development of the PCB, assembly, manufacturing processes, and quality control, ensuring a high quality final product and app integration.

BrahmWorks began by conceptualizing the product through innovative design thinking. The team sketched the initial design language, carefully considering form, size, and user experience (UX). This initial blueprint laid the foundation for FireFit’s groundbreaking fitness solution.

After establishing the design framework, BrahmWorks focused on defining the product’s core functionality. The team meticulously designed the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and selected the appropriate components, including metal and plastic materials, ensuring the product was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

03. Assembly & Manufacturing
In this stage, BrahmWorks prioritized Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Reliability (DFR). The team created sub-assemblies, leading to the first fully built product. This stage emphasized scalability and ensured that the product could be manufactured efficiently and reliably.

An essential component of FireFit is its accompanying app, which was developed with the same meticulous attention to detail. BrahmWorks worked on both the cosmetic and functional aspects of the app, ensuring seamless integration with the hardware.
