01. Design Conceptualization

After establishing the design framework, BrahmWorks focused on defining the product’s core functionality. The team meticulously designed the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and selected the appropriate components, including metal and plastic materials, ensuring the product was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

In this stage, BrahmWorks prioritized Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Reliability (DFR). The team created sub-assemblies, leading to the first fully built product. This stage emphasized scalability and ensured that the product could be manufactured efficiently and reliably.
