Manufacturing docs let another team build without tribal knowledge.

It needs the set another team can buy, build, inspect, program and pack from, without asking the designer. At minimum that is a bill of materials tied to revisions, drawings for the features that matter, an assembly method, a test method with limits, a firmware or configuration identity, and a packing definition.

Missing documents do not look missing on the first units. They look like questions.
