Turnkey Manufacturing

From a manufacturable design to measured pilot units, board builds and a release pack a CM can run. One path across pilot production, PCB manufacturing and supplier handoff – not three separate vendors guessing at intent.

Discuss a manufacturing path

Turnkey means the process is owned, not just the quote.

BrahmWorks is a Bangalore hardware studio. Turnkey manufacturing is design plus the production steps that prove and release the product: controlled builds, electronics fab and assembly, and documentation that leaves tribal knowledge out of the plant. Scope follows quantity, materials and supplier fit – we build when it fits, and we hand off cleanly when your CM owns the line.

Three manufacturing services

Start on the page that matches the bottleneck. Most programs use more than one before release.

Pilot & low-volume

Build the first real units the way production will, measure yield, and close design or process gaps before a mass buy. EVT/DVT-style loops with records – not a larger prototype batch with no process.

Pilot production

Electronics / PCB

PCB fab, SMT or hand assembly, programming, test fixtures and packaging next to the electronics design. Prototype through higher volume as the board and supplier fit allow.

PCB manufacturing

Supplier & CM handoff

Drawings, BOMs, process notes and release packs your contract manufacturer and vendors can build from – including when the CM is already yours.

When to engage

1

Architecture is clear

DFM has started or is ready, and you need measured builds, board production or a CM package - not another concept sketch.
2

Pilot before volume

You need tens to low hundreds with yield and process records before hard tooling or a volume PO.
3

Boards must repeat

Gerbers alone are not enough: fab, assembly, programming and test have to match the enclosure and field duty.
4

A CM needs a package

Quotes or first articles stall because drawings, BOM or process notes still live in the studio.
5

Design and manufacture together

Bring-up issues and supplier mark-ups should change the model, not sit in a separate factory conversation.

Start with the bottleneck, keep one release story.

Tell us where the product is stuck – pilot yield, board builds, or a CM that cannot build from the current pack. We map the path across the three services and the upstream design work on DFM, electronics and prototype-to-production. No invented case studies; scope is agreed before parts are ordered.

Discuss a manufacturing path

No. Turnkey here means we own or coordinate the manufacturing path for your product – pilot, boards and release – at the scale the design and suppliers support. Mass capacity is a separate claim; we state what a pilot or low-volume run has and has not proven.

No. Use the child page that matches the need. Many programs start with DFM, then pilot or PCB builds, then a CM pack. The hub is the map; the three pages are the scopes.

Both. Upstream design sits on pages such as DFM & DFA, electronics design and prototype to production. Manufacturing issues feed those designs when they change the product.

Yes. See supplier and CM handoff. We do not require a vendor switch; the release pack is written for whoever builds.
